Mike Perkins

Mike began working on Supermarket Income REIT in November 2023 as the Finance Director, providing financial, strategic, treasury and tax support to the Company. He was appointed CFO in March 2025.

Mike has fifteen years’ experience within the real estate and financial services sector and has worked in listed real estate for over eight years. He joined from Logistics Asset Management, the investment adviser to Urban Logistics REIT plc, where he was Chief Financial Officer working across treasury, business planning, tax and financial operations. Mike holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
