SUPR’s tenants have a serious commitment to sustainability and the latest evidence of that is with Sainsbury’s new flagship supermarket in Hampshire, which is it’s most sustainable ever! Great work by Patrick Dunne and team!
The new store is projected to use only half the energy of a similar-sized existing Sainsbury’s store, and 25% less electricity than its other most energy-efficient supermarkets.
We are really encouraged to see an increasing amount of net zero initiatives being put in place by all our tenants; and remain extremely supportive towards helping them to make similar improvements to the stores within our portfolio.
