SUPR applies to migrate to the premium segment of the LSE Main Market

Supermarket Income REIT has announced today it has submitted an application to migrate to the Premium segment of the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities, from the Specialist Fund segment where it has been since IPO in 2017.

The growth in the assets of the company, from £100m at launch to over £1.6bn today, has also seen a significant increase in the diversification of the portfolio.

If successful this may make the shares eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK and EPRA property indices and broaden the pool of eligible retail investors beyond just professional investors.
